RETURN POLICY – STORE PURCHASES
On the odd occasion when our products do not meet our strict guidelines, we’ll do our best to fix the problem.
CHANGE OF MIND:
• We will provide an exchange if the items do not fit, damaged or not as advertised.
• We will exchange items, providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked and are in a re-saleable condition
• Exchanges must be for the same or greater value. We will provide a credit if you cannot find a replacement
• We offer a 14 day exchange policy and return postage is payable from customer or you can take it to our shop
FAULTY ITEMS:
We do our best to fix, replace or exchange any item if it is not a fault of the customer within 14 days of purchase. It will be based on a case by case scenario so please contact us or complete the exchange request online form. Excludes product which has been lost or altered.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

FAULTY GOODS – ONLINE PURCHASES
On the odd occasion when our products do not meet our strict guidelines, we’ll do our best to fix the problem. We will exchange items, providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked and are in a re-saleable condition. However, we do not provide a refund if you change your mind.
Exchanges must be for same or greater value. We can provide a gift voucher if you cannot find a replacement at the time. You can choose an exchange or a refund if an item has a Major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone buying it had they known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not Major, we will repair or replace the item. If this cannot be done in a reasonable time, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
Goods cannot be returned when they have been lost or damaged after delivery or if they have been used for a reasonable time.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase is required.

2. Provide us with your full name & what item/s you would like to return or exchange.
3. Clearly explain exchange / replacement reasons and or details
We will get back to you within 48 hours.
